Delivery and payment
The product prices include the value added tax of 24%. The payment shall be made in euros. We reserve the right to adjust prices. If a product is no longer available or the delivery would be unreasonably delayed, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel parts of the order to speed up the delivery.
We will send an acknowledgement of the order to you by e-mail. Receiving the acknowledgement e-mail requires that you have given your e-mail address when placing the order. A contract shall be formed once we have issued the order acknowledgement.
Time of delivery
The time of delivery varies depending on the product. Usually the delivery takes place within 2–5 days after receiving the order.
The availability of a particular product is indicated for each product. The time of delivery will largely depend on the availability of the product.
A product available from stock will be delivered within 3–5 days. If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will restock the item (time of delivery approx. 1–4 weeks), unless the particular product has been removed from our product range. If a product is no longer available or if there is a delay, we will inform you separately.
Other terms and conditions
If the pages in the price and other information appears obvious writing, computing or data processing errors, Roverway shop is not obliged to supply these products in accordance with the incorrect information. The subscriber can be adjusted after the data to decide whether he wants the delivery-adjusted terms and data, or to withdraw trade.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

When returning a product, make it clear to the post office staff that the product is being returned to Innoflame Oy in PORI. Don’t forget to ask for a receipt. The return address is Innoflame Oy, Kirrintie 2, 28880 PORI, Finland. The Posti contract id that might be asked is 605202.
If you, for some reason, are unsatisfied with your purchase (e.g. the item is the wrong size), you may return it within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Don’t forget that the product you are returning must be in the original condition and unused. Please attach your bank account number and a copy of the invoice you received for the purchase. The sum you have paid will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days provided that we have received your bank account number and a COPY OF THE INVOICE has been attached to the consignment. In the absence of a copy of the invoice, we shall charge a handling fee of € 25.00.
If the product is damaged or otherwise defective, please return the product (customer return to Innoflame in PORI) and attach our invoice and an informal letter stating the defect and any wishes to replace the item or a bank account number for a cash refund. In both cases the consignment must ALWAYS include a copy of the invoice you have received for the purchase.
If you want a cash refund for a product which did not meet your expectations or was delivered too late, the product you are returning must be in the original condition and unused, including all the accessories and the original packaging for a full cash refund. If the returned product does not include everything that should be included or it is in a poor condition for a reason caused by the customer, we shall charge 50% of the selling price as compensation for damage.
NOTE! The right to replace an item only covers defective products. If you return an item in perfect condition and wish to replace it with another item, place a new order with the shop.

The contact details requested in connection with the order shall not be used for any other purpose than to deliver the order or to clarify any unclear issues in the order.
