Can I buy cartridges, components, or powder from the online shop?
Unfortunately, not. This online shop is for merchandise such as t-shirts and caps only. Please contact your local dealer or distributor for product availability. You can find the distributors here:

Do you make custom apparel?
Unfortunately, not at the moment but we will collect all feedback and send it forward for further processing.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver only to EU countries, UK and Norway. We have another web shop for our U.S. customers: usa.nammoshop.com/Home/Lapua
How much does it cost to ship to my country?
You can see the shipment charge in the checkout window when you choose items to your cart, add your delivery address, and choose the shipping method.
For deliveries to the UK and Norway, please note that customs clearance, taxes, and any other associated charges in the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees.
How do I know if you received my order?
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail when we have received your order. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your junk mail folder.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the product, the destination country and chosen shipping method. The estimated delivery time in Europe is usually 7-14 days. Unfortunately, delivery time cannot be guaranteed as there are multiple factors that can affect the delivery.
What payment methods does the store offer?
The shop uses Finnish Paytrail Oyj payment service provider to handle your payment. Their payment methods include all Finnish online banks, Visa Debit, Mastercard, MobilePay, Siirto and pay later payment services: OP Tililuotto, OP Lasku ja Walley. You can view all current methods on the shopping cart page.
What shipping methods does the store offer?
Your order will be shipped by Posti and their partners across Europe as a priority parcel. Priority parcels are delivered to your address in most of the countries. In some countries, such as Sweden and Norway, the shipment is delivered to the nearest pick-up point. You will be notified of the arrival of the delivery.
What does the free shipping limit mean?
If your order total is 65 € or more, shipping is completely free!
Can I track my order online?
After ordering, you will receive an item ID number that can be used to track your parcel at www.posti.fi/en/tracking.
Can I return my order (return policy)?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase - for example, if you receive the wrong size - you can return the product to us within 14 days. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order, along with your bank account number, so we can process your refund within 30 days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@innoflame.fi (phone +358 207 433604). We also guarantee product quality beyond the 14-day return period. If you notice a defect, contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Please note: This policy does not apply to products that are marked on order. Marked-on-order items which are not damaged or faulty cannot be returned.
