Product prices include 24% VAT. Payment is made in euros. We reserve the right to change prices. If the availability of a product expires or is unreasonably delayed, we reserve the right to cancel parts of the order to expedite delivery.
We will send an order confirmation by e-mail. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The agreement is created in connection with the order confirmation. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount of the order.
Delivery of the product in stock is within 3-5 days. If the product you ordered is out of stock, it will be ordered more (in which case the delivery time is approx. 1-4 weeks), unless the product in question has been transferred for disposal. We will inform the customer separately about outgoing products or if the delivery time is delayed.
When returning the product, mention to Posti that this is a customer return to 605202 / PORIN Innoflame Oy. Remember to ask for a receipt. The return address is Innoflame Oy, Kirrintie 2, 28880 PORI.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. you have ordered a product in the wrong size), you can return it within 14 days under the Consumer Protection Law. Remember that the returned product must be in its original condition and unused. Please include your account number and a copy of the invoice you received with your purchase according to the shipment. The amount paid will be credited to your account within 30 days if the account number is provided to us and an invoice copy is attached to the shipment. If a copy of the invoice is not included in the customer return, we will charge € 25.00 as processing costs.
If the product is damaged or not meet your expectation, return the product (customer return to PORIN Innoflame) and enclose our invoice and a free-form letter stating what is wrong with the product, as well as any exchange requests or account number for a refund. In both cases, the shipment must ALWAYS be accompanied by a copy of the invoice you received at the time of purchase.
If you want your money back on a product that does not meet your expectations or has been delivered too late, the product you returned must be in its original condition and unused, including all accessories and original packaging for a full refund. If the return does not include everything therein or is in poor condition for a reason caused by the customer, we will generally withhold 50% of the sale price as damages.
NOTE! The right to exchange the product only applies to defective products. If you return a faultless product and want another replacement, place a new order from the online store.

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.
